No less than 20 vehicles and four business bikes got singed when a tanker weighed down with oil fell and spilt its substance on the Festac Link Bridge in Awuwo Odofin nearby government region of Lagos state, on Wednesday.
Many individuals fled the scene of the fire which seethed for around 60 minutes.
Firefighters touched base at the scene around 30 minutes after the fact yet did insufficient have water to extinguish the fire.
A witness, Olufemi Popoola, disclosed to NAN that the tanker, originating from Apple Junction and going to FESTAC Town was rising the scaffold yet all of a sudden moved back and fell.
The effect of the fall isolated the tank from the body, bringing about a blast, as indicated by Popoola.
He said a few occupants and passers-by assaulted the fire with cans of water without much of any result.

The fire caused gridlock on the scaffold and in the abutting streets.
A horde of influenced people and sympathizers assembled at the scene to mourn the circumstance.
Akuko Okoli, proprietor of a consumed cruiser, said he figured out how to escape demise.
